Quality control manager/Quality inspector/ Purchasing Manager (QA/QC)
Responsibilities:
• Participation in marketing research of Chinese manufacturers in terms of:
- carrying out qualification activities (documentary check and on-site technical audits in accordance with the company’s corporate requirements);
- checking companies using open Internet sources.
• Participation in the management of contracts for the supply of materials and equipment in terms of quality control, including:
- review and approval of quality control plans;
- quality control and expediting of manufacturing of purchased equipment;
- checking the completeness of permits and accompanying documentation (CU TR, technical passports, etc);
- FAT tests of equipment and pre-shipment inspections.
- management of nonconformities identified at production sites of manufacturers.
• Working with 3rd party inspection organizations, including:
- checking and approving inspectors’ resumes;
- control of the provision of reports/documentation in accordance with the agreed forms and deadlines.
• Development reports on the status and progress of qualification and inspection control.
Requirements:
• Higher professional education (technical).
• Experience in the field of quality control of inspection and auditing activities
• An advantage will be having experience in projects for the construction of industrial facilities on the customer’s side or an EPC contractor in the quality block especially in gas and petrochemical field.
• Fluent in English and Russian language, Chinese language is preferable.
• Availability of non-destructive testing certificates (visual measurement testing, ultrasonic testing, X-ray testing, etc.), availability of a welder’s certificate (IWS, AWS or analogues, having an ISO 9001 training certificate will be an advantage.
